Burst slit knifeholders

The design of the EMT-slittec Burst Slit Knifeholder has evolved from the application experience of the crush holder. The compact design with the proven holder arm is equipped with an adjustable stroke limitations for this slitting method. In addition to the dove tail lateral guide bar there is a fine adjustment for a fast and reliable centering of the blade to the support groove implemented.

The solid design of the holder body allows high slitting force for medium to heavy slitting applications with different materials such as fiber board, leather, leather substitution materials, thick foils and plastics, etc.

This variable slitting method has many designs according to the application. Test samples are essential for this application construction.
